  • The beginning of Jariyah Building

    The Jariyah Building was founded upon a generous waqf land donation of 140 square wah from Ms. Susee Rattanapan and Ms. Somsri Rattanapan, former teachers at the Islamic College. The construction was made possible through the kind financial support of Madame Radiyah and Mr. Abdulla Mohammad Rabi, esteemed entrepreneurs from Dubai.

  • Construction Completion

    The building journey began in August 2016 and reached completion by mid-2019. In July of that year, we welcomed our first tenants—marking a new chapter of purpose and sustainability.

Overview of the Jariyah Building

The Jariyah Building began construction in August 2016 and was completed by mid-2019, with its first rental period starting in July 2019. This building serves as a vital source of income to support the activities and mission of the Al-Ghaus Foundation, helping to ease various operational expenses. This meaningful project was initiated through the faith and generosity of Mrs. Chusee Rattanapan and Mrs. Somsri Rattanapan, who donated the land as waqf (endowment) for the benefit of the foundation. Later, with the kind financial support of Madame Radiyah and Mr. Abdulla Mohammad Rabi, the construction of the building was successfully completed. Today, the Jariyah Building comprises 24 well-organized rooms, fully equipped and ready for use, providing a sustainable source of support for the foundation’s ongoing activities.
