Overview: A River of Kindness for Orphans

The “A River of Kindness for Orphans” event is organized to raise funds to support the education and daily living expenses of over 60 orphans and underprivileged children under the care of the Alkawthar Foundation, with total annual expenses exceeding 3,600,000 THB. This event is held once a year, starting in 2006 at the Islamic College School and has continued at the Alkawthar Foundation since 2007, totaling 17 editions to date. The most recent event was held in 2024, and the next edition is scheduled for November 2025. The event features a variety of activities, including: • A Muslim goods and food fair with over 40 vendors. • Performances by Alkawthar youth, showcasing talent and inspiration. • Anashid competitions and final-round speech contests, with winners receiving the royal trophy from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
